Industries

We automate the process, not the industry.
Who We Are and Who We Serve
We design, build, and commission automated machines and production lines – from single stations to complete lines.
The common denominator is not the industry, but the problem: repetitive physical work that burdens people and whose pace decreases with change, bottlenecks limiting efficiency, and deficiencies resulting from unstable processes. These problems look similar in a shoe factory, a food processing plant, and in the production of building materials — and we solve them with the same method: process recognition, concept development, construction, and commissioning of a machine tailored to a specific cycle time and detail.

We carry out projects domestically and abroad, mainly in Europe.
Automotive
We modernize assembly and soldering lines and build processing machines in compliance with the Machinery Directive and the requirements of automotive component manufacturers. Among other projects, we have rebuilt a soldering station with automated part feeding and a machine for precise deburring of sensors in brake pads, where the fragile material required repeatability to eliminate chipping.
Food and Pet Food
We understand the specifics of food production: multi-shelf trolleys, heavy nets and trays, and the requirement for product batch tracking. Among other projects, we built an automatic loading system for drying nets for a pet food plant, where manual handling of fifteen-kilogram nets required operator rotation almost every hour. The same system handles baking, smoking, and cooling trays.
Footwear
We build complete lines where manual work results in unstable quality. Our closed-loop pallet-based footwear gluing line stabilized process parameters — crucial for sole adhesion strength standards — and increased efficiency from 300 to 1000 pairs per shift.
Construction
We automate the transfer and repositioning of heavy, large-sized elements, where weight and distances quickly reduce human efficiency. We have implemented robotic stations for depalletizing floor panels and operating press nests for the production of gutter outlets, increasing the efficiency of the machine set by 30–40%.

Don't see your industry?

That doesn't mean we can't help. See our implementations in various sectors and write to us.

Home Appliances

We implement machines and assembly stations for the production of household appliances, integrating them with the plant’s superior systems. We design for high repeatability and ergonomics of assembly stations.

Electrical and Electronics

We build assembly and transport lines and stations for electronics production — with integration of control, identification, and reporting systems. Among other projects, we implemented a line for the computer industry consisting of three strands, 41 assembly stations, and 9 transport lifts.

Chemical

We manufacture machines and control systems for processes where dosing precision and parameter stability are critical — including liquid mixing machines and systems operating in fail-safe mode.

Warehousing and Logistics

We implement warehousing technology based on Pick-to-Light, RFID identification, and integration with MES/ERP systems. These systems guide the operator through the picking process, signal shortages, and record withdrawals, typically increasing efficiency by 30–50% and reducing errors.

We provide a comprehensive engineering approach.

The path to full automation. From initial needs analysis to service support

home-06
We analyse the process from the ground up: requirements, production environment, and technical and organisational feasibility. The deliverable is a defined concept and project scope – an engineering baseline for discussion, not a rigid template.
step_1
Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design, PLC programming, and HMI visualisation. We simulate the process alongside your team to eliminate design and functional discrepancies prior to machine build.
step_2
We build the machine and test it in-house prior to dispatch. The system arrives at your plant pre-validated, eliminating the need to commission from scratch in an active production environment.
step_3
We commission on-site, train operators and maintenance teams, and hand over complete technical documentation alongside the CE declaration of conformity. Following production start-up, we provide ongoing operational support.
