We manufacture components from customer drawings, including customer-supplied material. Prototypes, one-offs, and batch production runs.

Our machining capabilities evolved as an in-house extension of our special purpose machine building. For years, we have manufactured parts for our own projects: gripper jaws, tool holders, guide bushings, base plates, locating components, and tooling fixtures.

What is the typical lead time for manufactured parts?

Depending on complexity: from a few weeks for retrofits to several months for complete production lines. We define an indicative project timeline during the initial assessment phase.

Can you design the part, or do you only manufacture it?

Both. If you provide a manufacturing drawing, we machine the part strictly to specification. If you only have operational requirements, we design the component, select the material, and define the machining process.

Which materials do you machine?

Structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and engineering plastics.

Do you use in-house or free-issue material?

Depending on your preference – we work with both in-house sourced materials and customer-supplied stock.

What are your maximum workpiece dimensions?

Maximum part dimensions are 1 × 0.5 × 0.5 m (L × W × H), with a maximum workpiece weight of 1,200 kg.
