From Concept to Commissioning

Every machine is engineered specifically for your target takt time, shop floor layout, and component geometry—proven in live production, not merely on a CAD render. We engineer custom special-purpose machines and turnkey assembly/conveying lines, seamlessly integrating individual cells with existing infrastructure and higher-level MES/ERP platforms. An adaptable baseline, never a closed box—every installation is designed to serve as a modular foundation for future expansion.

Retrofits and Custom EngineeringWe execute overhauls and modernisations of existing machinery—replacing control architectures and updating PLC code and electrical circuitry to meet new operational demands while adhering strictly to European standards and occupational safety regulations.

Our delivered projects include a control system retrofit for a conveyor belt calender, automatic fastening stations driven by Bosch Rexroth servo drives, an automated transfer cart with contactless power transfer up to 4 kW using SEW-Eurodrive technology, hydraulic press positioning systems, a roll forming machine with flying shear cut-off, machine vision inspection and part sorting systems utilizing Turck and Balluff sensors, as well as complete assembly and material handling lines for the computing hardware sector.

    How long does a typical project take?

    Depending on technical complexity—from a few weeks for a retrofit to several months for a complete turnkey production line. A provisional engineering schedule is established during the initial feasibility phase.

    What is the minimum project budget?

    We typically deliver new machine projects starting from approximately 200,000 PLN net. Smaller scopes are handled as retrofits and modernisations of existing machinery.

    Do you provide operator training?

    Yes, absolutely. Comprehensive training for machine operators and maintenance personnel is a standard deliverable during on-site commissioning.

    Do you provide documentation compliant with the Machinery Directive?

    Yes. We deliver full mechanical and electrical documentation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and the CE Declaration of Conformity.

    What happens after commissioning?

    We provide dedicated post-commissioning technical support and warranty coverage for our clients.

    Do you handle international projects?

    Yes, we deliver projects both domestically and internationally. We have engineered and deployed replicated production machinery across multiple European sites for a single enterprise client.
