The machine streamlines operations wherever repetitive lifting of mesh trays, baking/smoking sheets or moulds filled by a dosing unit is required, loading them onto rack trolleys or unloading them back onto the line.
Positioned inline with a dosing line, the machine can operate as:
- an infeed unit transferring mesh trays, baking sheets or tote boxes from trolleys onto the dosing line
- an outfeed unit loading mesh trays, baking sheets or tote boxes from the dosing line onto rack trolleys
Versatility: accommodates drying mesh trays, smoking and cooling sheets, and product tote boxes handled on multi-tier rack trolleys.
